Returns & Exchanges

At Street Parking, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your training standards, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking number handy until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
